The core problem of every human heart is a worship problem: “they exchanged the truth about God for a lie” (Romans 1:25). Each culture has its own particular false gods; the idols clamoring for our attention and affection are particular to our status as Americans. In this series, we name some of the false gods we’re prone to worship… and we show how Jesus is better.
